Seek The Borrowing Fund For Investment of The Bio Refinery Project of Thailand
Objectives :
1. To Seek the Fund to Borrowing in Bio Refinery project in Thailand , by mutual agreement from interested investors with us and compliance of both Funder’s and Thai Law permission.
2. Propose to most utilization from the fund of the Funder should be consider the effectiveness of borrower result to meet the goal of Bio Energy project and the greater impact to the world.
Scope of investment & Measurement :
Master plan is start up Pyrolysis of Bio refinery Project to cover fertile land around 4.8 million ha with in 5 years , Cropping Bamboo (D. strictus/asper) is biomass to be Feedstock , Plant big tree is Yang (D. alatus) and Banana Mali-Ong in the same place as we call “TRI-BHUMMI” as attached files. Project will install 10 Bio Refinery plants at Phitsanulok, Kumphaengphet, Sukhothai, Chainat, Kanchanaburi, etc . We will serve Thai citizen as membership is 200,000 families
Values of Project will be replace Fossil crude-oil , Electricity generation , Dam replacement ,
Change municipal Waste to be Clean Energy , Fresh Water , Stop Global Warming and need to demonstration to the real way to reduce Hot Crisis of Earth and Solve the root of poverty at the same time of run the project. Detail must be discuss in deep figures , how to do , what should be run step by step. Call us to present more and we open to consider any conditions from investors.
Type of Funds :
Borrowing with Agreed of Mutual Condition in the contract under Thailand Law permit.
Borrower :
By Mr.Manad Lamaisri, in title of Project Director of Suwannabhummi Agri-Tech Center , Establishment from January 2005. President of Golden Biomass Committee , Consist of 9 Sub-Committee. Will to register company , the foundation of to promote Bamboo Kingdom We will organization for all activities of Biomass , Grinding Center , Refinery and Upgrade bio-crude-oil ,we are going to collect member of Tree Bank to Member of the bio energy project. Target areas is 160,000 ha to be green zone of 10 provinces. .
Expected Capital :
Total of capital sum is $10.00M dollars. (Ten Million Dollars) , this project will borrowing , we no need free money and we offer this is following Term of Repayment ;
a. Long term repayment for 5-7 years with Interest rate 6.00% per annum.
b. Start to pay from 3rd years till finish payment.
c. Fund Broker of service is limited 0.25% from base of fund will be return by yearly like incentive of donation to Foundation for Eco-project.
d. Under Bank Guarantee both side of borrower and Fund Bank.
What is beneficially of the Projects ,
Please read both impact to Thailand as leader of project, then good return what will happen if there are 127 countries are agreed to do same us by applying this way. We propose directly to The World Bank , the biggest lend fund for save the world , but if your do wrong way it seem give the hot weapon to the hand of crazy client to kill the world. They are not attention to kill us, but they are less of wisdom to do the best way. When we saw the real happen Jatropha plant , Palm or Forestation to be Biomass. Root causes of water leak to the air, drought to land and increase the HOT air much more than we are not lend them. Some thing we against it will strong!! Thai way is right to do and must do now!!
